The Ocean Apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached from the interior stairway. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living-room with a kitchenette. The French door of this last room opens to a shady south-facing balcony/terrace with garden and swimming-pool view. Pets are not allowed.

For the first night incl. booking fee and final cleaning a surcharge of € 50 will be charged.
Surcharge for short stays: For stays of less than 3 nights, the daily rate is increased by 10%.
Since 01.01.2014 the local tax is added to the indicated prices! This is currently €3.50 per day per person over the age of 14.
